- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer service was awful. The lady at the drive through talked down to me with an attitude like I didn't know what I was doing. Then when I handed her my insurance card and prescription info, she said my insurance wouldnt cover it. They were gonna charge me $90 when she could have searched my insurance info and found that I indeed have prescription insurance. Meanwhile, CVS did it right and it was only $8, so... not the greatest experience for this Rite Aid.March 06, 2017by Joey Sommers
