- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I usually get a phone call that my prescription is ready, with having kids and a busy work schedule I tend to forget things. I didn't receive a phone call and I noticed that my pills had ended, called the pharmacy to find out they had a system update and they lost my number to call me and they put my prescription away. So now that they don't have my number or address how is this not a hipaa violation with the loss of my information. Very poor customer service.
