- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very rude and waits for my 9 yr old too get a filling for 2 months then all of a sudden takes him off as his patient for no reason.. And he never got his fillings thank God I found a new respectful dentist who treated me with the up most respect. when I came to my new dentist for my children,I came to find out they lied about my son having a cavities. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nicest, friendliest staff I've come in contact with. They took a bad situation from a different dentist and worked miracles. Very easy to work with financially as well. I am so glad that my former dentist "messed up" and I was fortunate to have gone to Lebanon Family Dental. They actually care about their patients. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Used to love this place...till about a year ago. My first problem was they can send you 5 texts reminding you about your apt but then u get there that day and u sit in the waiting room for close to an hour and a half waiting....all while my daughter lays on the floor complaining shes starving cause its now well past lunch time. 2nd problem daughter got a filling less then 5 months ago and it already fell out...called to TRY and get them to fix it when we have our next cleaning apt which is 2 days after the filling came out and they refuse to try and squeeze her in for a 10 min procedure making me have to pull her from school AGAIN and me losing more hours at work.
